We are writing to commend the talent and professionalism Kay Early shared with us during the planning of our daughter's wedding reception. we met with Kay several times and gave her our preferences and ideas for a full meal for our daughter's reception. She planned and served a fantastic meal for 270 guests. The event exceeded our expectations, with everything presented exquisitely. She took charge of the entire affair including rentals, flower coordination, room setup, bar tending, planning, cooking, serving, cleaning and breaking down the room, and providing the wait staff. Kay and her employees provided excellent presentation and quality food and gave special attention to every detail. We were definitely 110% satisfied with her service. Her rates were very competitive and reasonable compared to others in the field. She had no hidden charges or surprises, including the service charge and maintenance fees. When checking with other local venues, it appeared that Kay offered something special. That proved to be true! |
