Place Settings, $8 per guest: plate, flatware, napkin, and glassware placement.

Grand Setup, $10 per guest: table setup, chair placement, place settings, and guest table preparation.

Ceremony Chair Relocation, $4 per guest.

Water Service

Carafes Only, starting at $3 per guest: water carafes placed on guest tables and refilled throughout service.

Pre-Poured Water, starting at $3 per guest: water poured before guests arrive.

Pre-Poured Water & Carafes, starting at $4.50 per guest: the best of both, with refills throughout service.

Client provides or rents water goblets or glassware.

Coffee Service

Coffee Service, starting at $3 per guest: freshly brewed regular and decaf coffee, half & half, sweeteners, disposable cups, lids, stirrers, setup and breakdown.

Premium Coffee Station, starting at $4.50 per guest: everything above plus three assorted creamers and seasonal syrups & flavorings.

Clients wishing to use china cups or glassware provide or rent the appropriate drinkware.

Bartending Services

Professional bartending for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions, including a standard bar setup, bar tools and equipment, and service during scheduled bar hours.

Local Events: starting at $475
Non-Local Events: starting at $600 (includes travel)
Additional Bartenders: starting at $400

Alcohol service and purchasing arrangements depend on event location, venue requirements, and applicable licensing.

Bar Add-Ons

Mixers Package, starting at $5 per guest: soft drinks and mixers, lemons and limes, cocktail garnishes, ice, cooler storage, disposable barware, cocktail napkins, and bar setup & stocking.

Ice Service, starting at $2 per guest: ice for beverage service, cooler storage, and event-day ice management. Ice is included with the Mixers Package.

Rental Coordination

Starting at $250. We handle rental recommendations, quantity calculations, vendor quotes, layout coordination, delivery and pickup scheduling, deposit management, and vendor communication.

Rental costs are separate and billed to the client. Deposits are required to secure rental reservations.

Every event is custom designed based on guest count, menu selection, service style, event timeline, venue requirements, staffing, setup, and the enhancements you choose.
